At Velvot Store, we want you to have a positive experience shopping with us. However, in cases where you may not be 100% satisfied, this Return and Refund Policy serves as a guide to customers on the proper procedure for returns and refunds.
Conditions for Acceptance of Return
- Customer is entitled to return an item within 3 days post-delivery/sale.
- Fill the return request form provided on the website or attached to your payment receipt.
- Item must be in its unused condition with the original packaging.

Items that Cannot be Returned
- Items with non-returnable marks.
- Free gifts.
- Items sent without proper return requests.
- Items damaged while in the possession of the customer.
Packaging Returns
- Items must be returned with the original packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be in place.
Refunds
A refund will be applicable only in instances where the items ordered have not been shipped.
- Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable circumstances.
Rejected Requests for Return / Refund
All items are inspected on return to verify the reasons provided. If your return request is not approved, we will make two re-delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, you must collect the item within sixty (60) days, failing which the item will be forfeited.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
